Ahhh, Mother's Day. My third Mother's Day :) A very nice relaxing day with my two favorite guys filled with lots of tea, fruit salad, a new trashy chick lit book and a trip out shopping for some new shoes. An extra (snarky!) bonus was that I saw an old boyfriend while shopping and he was with a girl who wasn't very cute.... told you I was snarky! I don't know why that feels so good, but it always does, doesn't it?

I am in love with this Gap skirt. It is flowy, a nice length, lined, comfy elastic waist and it. has. POCKETS. If you buy this, please try it on! These babies run big. My size 6 self is in an extra small. Thank you, Gap, for the ego boost :)

I am off to enjoy the silence of my house since Hubby took the boy to go do the weekly grocery shopping. Maybe I will go do a run on the treadmill eat another chocolate covered strawberry....
